A rescue operation is underway at a colliery near Swansea, Wales, after four miners became trapped.
Three others were able to escape, although one of those is said to be in a critical state in hospital.
A "dynamic" rescue operation was in progress throughout Thursday at the Glesion hillside mine, with statements insisting that everyone involved had been given full information.
With concerning updates coming through, it is to be hoped that those trapped can be brought out to safety in good health as quickly as possible.
